John Firrell, Director.
John is a licensed builder with trade and tertiary qualifications in both the residential and commercial industry. With more than 32 years’ experience and a dedication to detail and quality, John leads the team at Sovereign Homes with a ‘hands on’ approach.
John Flatley, Design and Sales Manager.
John assists with the upkeep of all working drawings, including computer-aided drafting. He manages initial client enquiries and is currently undertaking ongoing study and training to further develop both his design and sales skills.
Kerry Brialey, Administration Officer.
Kerry is the initial point of contact for the company. Her role includes assisting the Director and the design team, managing marketing for the company and providing administration support. Kerry strives to ensure clients are happy at all times and the office runs smoothly day to day.
Dayne Marshall, Project Manager.
Dayne is involved from the day a contract is signed through to completion of a project. A rapport is established with his clients throughout the course of the building works, which allows open communication with the goal of delivering the project as promised. Dayne has extensive experience in the building industry and is committed to providing our clients with professional service and a quality product.

Angela Conway, Project Coordinator.
Angela works closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of each project. Angela is in constant contact with our suppliers, making sure the right products and supplies are on track for delivery to site for an efficient end result.
Kathy Smalley, Accounts Manager.
Kathy undertakes all the accounting requirements for Sovereign Homes.
