Frequently Asked Questions

What home designs do you have?

At Sovereign Homes, we don’t offer a catalogue of pre-determined designs. Instead, we work with you to come up with the perfect design for your needs. We provide the information and support to help you choose the features that will best suit your block (or existing home), your budget and your lifestyle.

We already have concept plans. Can Sovereign Homes still build or renovate for us?

If you already have plans, or have a preferred architect or draftsperson, Sovereign Homes’ building experts would be happy to work with them to carry out your construction or renovation project.

Are there benefits to renovating my existing home rather than building or buying a new house?

There are many benefits in renovating your existing home. One of the main advantages is that you are able to stay in the area where you currently live and retain aspects of your current home that you really love.

It can be a long and tiring task to try to find another house that will meet your needs. You can renovate your existing home and turn it in to what you’ve always dreamed it could be.

You can also avoid costs related to stamp duties, agents’ fees involved in selling your home and the stress that goes with packing and moving.

How much will it cost to get a quote?

Typically, this depends on the scope of works. Contact us for an obligation and cost free appointment to discuss your requirements.

How long will my project take to complete?

The time frame in which we complete your renovation or new home depends on the scope of work to be undertaken and your specific requirements.

My renovation project is quite minor. Can Sovereign Homes still help?

Sovereign Homes can help with any sized project, from a bathroom refurbishment or structural landscaping through to a complete home renovation or construction of a new multi-million dollar home.
